§ Q17. Mr. Hefferasked the Prime Minister if he will seek to arrange, on his official visit to Merseyside, to meet trade union and political leaders to discuss the unemployment problem in the area, especially in the City of Liverpool.
§ The Prime MinisterYes. During my visit to Liverpool next Friday I have arranged to meet the Merseyside Advisory Committee on Unemployment, whose membership includes industrialists, trade union leaders and representatives of local authorities in the area.
