Friend the Member for Bolton, West (Mr. Redmond) and my hon. and learned Friend the Member for Darwen (Mr. Fletcher-Cooke), on this subject on 31st January. I subsequently received a request from Bolton Corporation, which I am now considering, that I meet a deputation from the area.
