§ Mr. Wintertonasked the Secretary of State for Social Services whether he will take the necessary steps to enable those in receipt of National Insurance pensions to receive such pensions monthly in arrears, either by cheque or draft.
§ Mr. DeanArrangements are in hand to enable pensions to be paid four-weekly in arrears by payable order. The first payments will be made within the next few months and thereafter there will be a gradual take-on of pensioners wishing to be paid in this way.
