§ Mr. Elystan Morganasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will seek to arrange for the European Economic Community Commissioner who is responsible for regional development to visit Wales so that he may be more fully acquainted with the Welsh economic and social problems which will be affected by Great Britain's entry into the European Economic Community.
