§ Mr. Gordon CampbellNo. I understand that several education authorities have asked all parents of primary pupils over 7 whether they wish their children to be considered for the issue of free milk at school on health grounds. I do not think that such a general inquiry is necessary, but this is a matter for each education authority to decide.
