§ Mr. Stratton Millsasked the Minister of Posts and Telecommunications (1) how many television licence fees in northern Ireland were in arrears on 1st November and 1st December, 1971, and 1st January, 1972;
(2) if he will make a statement on the current position regarding the non-payment of television licences in Northern Ireland during the campaign of civil disobedience.
