JosephWith my right hon. and learned Friend the Secretary of State for Wales, I have set up a committee, under the chairmanship of Mr. Michael Davies, Q.C., which is reviewing procedures for handling hospital complaints. We shall consider what changes may be necessary in the light of the committee's recommendations.
