§ Mr. Maurice MacmillanFurther tests are crucial to the determination of cause. They are being made at the Transport and Road Research Laboratory but have taken longer than expected, so the report by Her Majesty's Factory Inspectorate will not be ready for about six weeks. I shall make a further statement as soon as the report is received.
