§ Mr. Gordon CampbellCoatbridge Town Council wishes to provide, at an370W estimated cost of £168,000, a neighbourhood park at Sikeside, including football pitches, children's play areas, changing rooms, toilets and a park keeper's cottage and I am now considering its application for borrowing consent. I have no power to make ad hoc grants to town councils for recreation facilities but I am considering the council's application for a grant towards the cost of improving the amenities of the residential area at Sikeside.
