§ Mr. Meacherasked the Secretary of State for Social Services how many national insurance retirement pensioners and National Insurance widows over 60 years of age receive supplementary benefits, respectively, of £0.50 or less, £0.51-£0.75, £0.76-£1.00, £1.01-£1.25, £1.26-£1.50, £1.51-£2.00, £2.01-£2.50, £2.51-£3.00, £3.01-£4.00, £4.01-£5.00, £5.01 or more; and in each case how these are divided between households containing one person and those containing two or more persons.
