§ The Prime MinisterI have sent substantive replies to all letters on this subject which I have received from Members of Parliament. There are a few letters from members of the public to which replies will be sent shortly, including letters from parents of thalidomide children which are being carefully investigated through local authorities and local offices of the Department of Health and Social Security.
