§ Mr. Peter ThomasYes. Good progress is being made. There is a compulsory purchase order before me for land needed for the scheme and I shall ensure that this is dealt with as quickly as practicable. The preparation of the scheme itself is in the hands of the county borough council who are the highway authority for the road.
