§ Mr. WoodThe rules of the Civil Service on this matter are applied to the Crown Agents. There has therefore been no specific prohibition on the holding of company directorships. Both Crown Agents and their staff holdex officio directorships in subsidiary companies of the Crown Agents and in companies in which the Crown Agents have a substantial interest.
