§ 64. Mr. Juddasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs whether he will make a statement on the Government's policy towards the future of the British Volunteer Programme, with particular reference to the established procedure of negotiating with the individual volunteer agencies through the British Volunteer Programme committee and secretariat structure.
§ Mr. WoodA review committee is now examining the functions, structure and membership of the programme, and I would prefer to await its findings.
