§ Mr. Carlisle43 prisoners, including the 14 involved in the attempted escape, have been charged with offences under the Prison Rules in connection with the238W events of 26th/27th November at Gartree Prison. They have already appeared before the Governor; and all the charges have been referred to the Board of Visitors, which is in the course of dealing with them.
