§ Mr. Redmondasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if, in the map to be published annually showing the motorway and the trunk road programme, he will distinguish between the two types of road, in view of the distinction between a special road and an all-purpose road which affects the operation of certain classes of motor vehicles.
