§ Mr. Biffenasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer by what approximate amount will the total public sector net borrowing requirement, as defined in Table 7 of the Financial Statement and Budget Report 1972–73 at £3,358 million, be increased as a result of policy changes announced since the Budget.
