§ Mr. John Smithasked the Secretary of State for Scotland whether he will request the trustees of the National Galleries of Scotland not to deny the public free access to view the painting of the Third Duke of Richmond Out Shooting, by Johann Zoffany, which has for many years been on loan to the Scottish National Portrait Gallery, bearing in mind the owner's wishes in this respect.
