§ Mr. Haselhurstasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what proposals he has for the future development of St. Helena.
§ Mr. WoodWith the Governor's agreement, I propose to appoint a Development Adviser to be attached to his staff. The Adviser's first task will be to draw up a comprehensive plan for development in the island. He will be assisted in this by a small team of technical experts.
