§ Mr. Gordon CampbellI am taking every opportunity to draw to the attention of local authorities the advice on the provision of recreational areas in housing schemes which is given in the Scottish Housing Handbook; and since 16th August I have approved a number of environmental improvement schemes incorporating play areas for children.
