§ Mr. Anthony GrantAt the last meeting of the Standing Conference my hon. Friend the Under-Secretary of State for156W Trade and Industry said that Scottish industry is as capable as others of meeting the special requirements of the new customers in the North Sea and is in the best geographical position to do so.
