§ Q23. Dr. Vaughanasked the Prime Minister if he will seek to arrange a meeting between the Common Market heads of Government and the President of the United States of America.
§ The Prime MinisterI have no plans at the present time to seek to arrange such a meeting. But the communiqué issued after the Paris summit on 19th-20th October stated the enlarged Com-112W munity's determination to maintain a constructive dialogue with the United States, and Her Majesty's Government will pursue this objective by all appropriate means.
