§ Mr. Bradleyasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether, in the light of the Government's decision to cancel a £10 million loan to Uganda, he will take steps to assist British firms who have commercial payments outstanding because of the Uganda Government's failure to allocate foreign exchange for this purpose.
