§ Mr. van StraubenzeeFive cases have been brought in prosecution proceedings instituted by the Pigs Marketing Board (Northern Ireland) since 1st May this year, the date on which these regulations took effect. A further 21 cases of suspected breach of the regulations are at present being considered by the board's legal advisers with a view to possible prosecution.
