§ Mr. Peter MillsArticle 5(1) was amended to provide for consultation with the Northern Ireland Tourist Board, at the suggestion of the Northern Ireland Advisory Commission. Paragraph (2) of Article 9 was added following a suggestion by the National Trust. The dates 31st March, 1973 and 1st April, 1973 have been replaced where they occurred by 30th September, 1973 and 1st October, 1973, respectively, following the decision to postpone the date of local government elections. One minor drafting amendment was made in Article 9(1).
