§ Mr. Dalyellasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will make a statement on the discussions between representatives of the Football Association, the Football League, and the Home Office on 17th November about safety at grounds, in the light of the Wheatley Committee Report.
§ Mr. LaneThe meeting on 17th November was largely exploratory and provided the opportunity for a useful exchange of views. It was decided to set up an informal working group to study in greater depth a number of technical matters arising from Lord Wheatley's report.
