§ BARONESS TWEEDSMUIR OF BELHELVIEThe following is the information requested on British financial aid to Pakistan:
payment during the three years beginning July 1, 1974. The aid budget for 1973 and 1974 is under consideration. We intend to discuss future aid arrangements with other donors and with Pakistan at the next meeting of the Pakistan Consortium which it is hoped will take place early next year.
