§ Mr. Maginnisasked the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry how the interests of the Irish Dairy Board in Great Britain will be affected when the Republic of Ireland joins the European Economic Community.
§ Sir G. HoweThe interests of the Irish Dairy Board are a matter for the Government of the Republic of Ireland. The Board's operations in the United Kingdom will be subject to the provisions of the Treaty of Accession and, from 1st February, 1973, to the Community agricultural policy particularly in so far as this relates to arrangements in the milk products sector.
