§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Secretary of State for Social Services whether he is aware that last August a group of United States tourists were stranded at Gatwick Airport when a charter company failed to fly them home, that welfare payments were made by his Department and since then almost all of such grants have been repaid by these tourists; and whether he will make a statement giving details of the amounts now outstanding which are to be repaid in due course.
