§ Mr. Chichester-ClarkFollowing full consultations, the proposals made last February in "Training for the Future" have been modified in important respects. My right hon. Friend announced his decisions in statements made on 8th August and 22nd November. These give the information required by the hon. Member and I have arranged for him to be sent copies.
