§ Mr. Powellasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs whether, when a passport issued to a citizen of the United Kingdom and Colonies is agreed to be incorrectly endorsed and the applicant requests a replacement, he will direct that the replacement be issued without further fee.
§ Mr. KershawIt is already the practice to replace without further fee any United Kingdom passport which has been prepared incorrectly by an administrative error. If the right hon. Gentleman has a particular case in mind perhaps he will write to me.
