§ Mr. Dellasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether, in the light of the article by Mr. Michael Zander in the New Law Journal of 23rd 265W November 1972, a copy of which is in his possession, he will now initiate a study of the proportion and number of men and women, who have been imprisoned before, who are sentenced to imprisonment by magistrates' courts without being legally represented.
