by Circular 819. I have asked the colleges of education to make arrangements accordingly. 2,939 students were admitted to these courses in October, 1971.
The colleges of education will of course have additional commitments in connection with the training of the increased numbers of graduates and persons with practical or aesthetic qualifications who are expected to enter training, particularly for work in the secondary schools, and with the development of in-service training.
