§ Mr. Crouchasked the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry if he will seek to amend the Registration of Business Names Act, 1916 so that a person who changes his name by deed poll should no longer be required to declare his former name on a business letter until 20 years have elapsed since the change of name took place.
