§ 51 and 52. Mr. Woodhouseasked the Secretary of State for Employment (1) if he will now bring into effect Section 56 of the Industrial Relations Act;
(2) what amendments he proposes to introduce to paragraphs 96 to 98 of the Code of Practice on Industrial Relations.
§ Mr. Chichester-ClarkThe paragraphs in the code dealing with disclosure of information will be amended in the light of the forthcoming report on this subject by the Commission on Industrial Relations and after full consultation with interested organisations.
Section 56 of the Act will be brought into effect when the amendment of the code has been approved by Parliament.
