§ Mr. R. CarrI have just received the Report of the Departmental Committee on Section 2 of the Official Secrets Act, 1911. I am most grateful to Lord Franks and his colleagues for the thorough and expeditious way in which they have carried out their task. The report, with the evidence received by the Committee, will be published at the end of next month.
