§ Mr. SpeedThe contracts between the Portway interchange and Edithmead are on schedule and this stretch of the M5 is due for completion by the end of the year. With regard to the Avonmouth Bridge I would refer the hon. Member to what I said in the Consolidated Fund Bill debate on 3rd August.
