§ Mr. LaneThe Community Relations Commission drew my right hon. Friend's attention to its concern about this subject in its recent annual report. I am aware of the lack of firm information about both the scale and nature of the specific problems mentioned in the Question, which affect a number of Departments. I am considering how the matter can best be investigated further.
