§ Mr. GodberHer Majesty's Ambassador in Cairo had a meeting with the Egyptian Foreign Minister on 31st July at which they discussed matters of common interest. The substance of these exchanges is confidential. But they did not give rise to any need for consequential discussions with the Israeli or any other Government.
