§ Mr. AmeryYes. It is proposed to amend the Act so as to allow a 90 per cent. contribution when grant is approved within the normal grant limits whether or not the amount of the grants represents 75 per cent. of the approved expense of the improvement works. The amendment will be made retrospective so that it applies to all approvals given from today's date onwards.
