§ Mr. Gordon CampbellThe total value of trunk road schemes costing more than £250,000 which are firmly programmed is £72 million. The comparable figure for principal roads is £86.5 million. These figures do not include schemes which are in active preparation but which have not yet been given a firm starting date.
