Mr. Molloyasked the Prime Minister what arrangements he intends to seek with Heads of Government of European Economic Community member countries for the consideration of matters relating to the United Kingdom referred to the European Economic Community Commission by Heads of those Governments.
§ The Prime MinisterI see no need for formal arrangements to cover these matters. There are close and continuing contacts between the member States of the Communities, the acceding States and the institutions of the Communities.
