§ Mr. YoungerIn round figures, 2,900,000 vehicles crossed the Tay Road Bridge in 1969; 3,200,000 in 1970; and 3,500,000 in 1971. The actual annual increases were 7.89 per cent., 10.89 per cent. and 8.18 per cent. respectively.
