§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Lord President of the Council whether he will give details of how the five Members who took part in the tour of the North Atlantic Assembly military bases in the United States of America were elected or selected; which Members were included; and when he expects to be able to give the full costs in addition to the £1,717.40 spent on fares.
