§ Mr. Peter ThomasIn recognition of the valuable contribution made to Welsh life by Urdd Gobaith Cymru, I am pleased to say that I am arranging with the Post Office for the great majority of letters posted in Wales from 10th to 16th September to bear a special descriptive slogan announcing the Urdd Festival of Llanuwchllyn referred to by my hon. Friend. The cost will be borne by my Department.
