§ Mr. Chichester-ClarkThe TUC raised the question of the possible use of threshold agreements at the National Economic Development Council, and we have examined the subject with the TUC and the CBI in the context of the NEDC. Individual trade unions have not made any proposals to the Government to examine threshold agreements.
