Mr. Stonehouseasked the Prime Minister if he is satisfied with the co-ordination between the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs and the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry with regard to the future of the nuclear power station industry in Europe and the protection of the capability if the United Kingdom industry in this field. with particular reference to the production capability of long-length seamless tubes for the nuclear industry at the Tube Investments plant at Walsall which is now threatened with closure.
