§ Mr. Stanbrookasked the Secretary of State for the Environment whether he is aware of the inconvenience and expense caused to motor vehicle dealers by the practice of certain distributors of withholding licence form V55/2 until purchase tax has been paid; and whether he will amend the regulations to require distributors to deliver the form to dealers at 109W the same time as delivery of the vehicle to which it relates.
