§ Mr. SpeedAltogether 17 properties have been acquired under planning blight provisions: one in each of the years 1961, 1962, 1964, 1965, 1967, 1970 and 1971; two in 1963, three in 1968 and four in 1966. So far this year one property has been acquired. Three of the acquired dwellings less those parts of their gardens required for the highway proposals have since been sold.
