§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether he will cause an investigation to be made in his Department to ascertain how and why, after the placing of a parliamentary Question on the Order Paper on Wednesday, 12th April, for answer on Thursday, 13th, regarding the appointment of the new chairman of the Totalisator Board, full details were given to the Press and published on the evening of Wednesday, 12th April, and the morning of 13th April prior to his parliamentary reply.
